As a qualified sleep consultant I am able to support you to implement changes to your baby/childs sleep routine to enable you all to get a good nights rest. I draw on my years of experience as a midwife and extensive additional training to provide you with a range of evidence based, age appropriate techniques that can be tailored to suit you and your parenting style. My approach is always holistic and draws on elements of nutrition, routines, bond building and more. This enables me to provide more than just a generic sleep plan and ensures a high level of success with my clients. I work with babies and children from 0-16years old, but I specialise in newborn and infant sleep.

1 hr sleep call and written plan
This is perfect for where there is one specific sleep issue that needs addressing or where a infant has previously slept well but is now struggling. You will complete a questionnaire and sleep diary prior to our call which i will use to make a sleep plan for your baby/child. Our hour long call will then go through the plan in detail and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. The plan will then be e-mailed to you following the call. No follow up support is included with this package.
3 sleep calls and written plan
This package is aimed at babies and toddlers who have either never slept well or have multiple sleep issues such as night waking, settling to sleep and nap issues. You will complete a questionnaire and sleep diary prior to our first call (approximately 15 minutes) where we will discuss your concerns and goals in detail. A second call (approximately 1hr) will be scheduled a few days later where I will go through a detailed sleep plan and answer any or concerns you may have. The plan will then be e-mailed to you within 24hrs of the call. A final 30 minute call* can be scheduled at your convenience to discuss your progress and troubleshoot any ongoing issues.
3 sleep calls, written plan and 2 weeks unlimited e-mail support
This package is the same as Sleep SOS, but with the added feature of unlimited e-mail support for 2 weeks from when you start to implement your personalised sleep plan**. This is perfect if you feel you need the additional support of touching base with me regularly to help you to implement your plan and troubleshoot any issues along the way.
2 sleep calls and personalised written plan
This package involves 2 calls a few days apart to help support your baby to sleep better. For this age group it is not recommended to use formal 'sleep training' techniques, but instead to focus on influencing factors and 'sleep shaping' to help your baby to settle and achieve age appropriate sleep patterns. Newborn's and young babies sleep is very dependant on many different factors and the first call (approximately 15-30 minutes) is to take a detailed history and understand you and your baby's current sleep situation and any concerns. After the call I will assess the information you have given me and compile a personalised plan along with supporting recommendations. A second call (approximately 1hr) will be scheduled a few days later to discuss this plan in detail before being e-mailed to you for your reference. As well as a personalised plan, this call is to help educate you on all things newborn sleep. It will help you to set up good sleep habits and introduce a natural routine or 'structure' if you want one. It can also troubleshoot common sleep concerns that you may have and guide you on your babies sleep journey as they grow. The methods used are all gentle and baby led and focus on building the foundations for good sleep.

These calls are designed for you if you need further support following the implementation of one of the above sleep packages. They are there to support you and troubleshoot any specific issues with the sleep plan.
