Baby Sleep Support

Infant sleep support

As a qualified sleep consultant I am able to support you to implement changes to your baby/childs sleep routine to enable you all to get a good nights rest. I draw on my years of experience as a midwife and extensive additional training to provide you with a range of evidence based, age appropriate techniques that can be tailored to suit you and your parenting style. My approach is always holistic and draws on elements of nutrition, routines, bond building and more. This enables me to provide more than just a generic sleep plan and ensures a high level of success with my clients. I work with babies and children from 0-16years old, but I specialise in newborn and infant sleep. 

I cover a range of sleep issues including:

Night waking

Difficulty settling to sleep

Short naps

Early waking

Night weaning off feeds

Bedtime issues

Sleep Support Packages

Sleep SOS (6m+) - £195

This package is aimed at babies and toddlers who have either never slept well or have multiple sleep issues such as night waking, settling to sleep and nap issues, but you feel happy to execute a plan without continuous support. 


Included:

- Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire

- 15 minute discovery call to discuss your concerns

- 45 minute sleep call to discuss your personalised sleep plan

- Personalised sleep plan sent to you after the call

- 15 minute follow up call to troubleshoot any issues*

Sleep SOS Plus (6m+) - £295

This package is the same as Sleep SOS, but with the added feature of unlimited e-mail support for 2 weeks from when you start to implement your personalised sleep plan**. This is perfect if you feel you need the additional support of touching base with me regularly to help you to implement your plan and troubleshoot any issues along the way.


Included:

- Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire

- 15 minute discovery call to discuss your concerns

- 45 minute sleep call to discuss your personalised sleep plan

- Personalised sleep plan sent to you after the call

- 15 minute follow up call to troubleshoot any issues*

- 2 weeks of e-mail or text support**

Sweet Dreams (6m+) - £125

For specific stand alone sleep issues where a baby/toddler has already learnt to self settle. Including: Early waking, dropping night feeds, nap transitions, moving to a bed.


Included:

- Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire

- 45 minute sleep call to discuss your personalised sleep plan

- E-mail detailing any relevant techniques

Sleep Foundations (0-6m) - £195

This plan is for younger babies to troubleshoot issues and set good foundations for sleep. Formal sleep training is not advised for babies 4 months and under and instead we will focus on influencing factors, sleep foundations and gentle 'sleep shaping' techniques.

- Detailed assessment through a sleep diary and questionnaire

- 15 minute discovery call to discuss your concerns

- 45 minute sleep call to discuss your personalised sleep plan

- Personalised sleep plan sent to you after the call

- 15 minute follow up call to troubleshoot any issues*

Follow Up Call - £60

These 30 minute calls are designed for you if you need further support following the implementation of one of the above sleep packages.

* Follow up calls must be taken within 1 months of the date of the initial call.


** Sleep SOS - Supporting you terms and conditions:

  • Follow up support can be used for 2 consecutive weeks, anytime within a 2 month window of the first call. The two consecutive weeks will start from the day the first e-mail received from you.
  • Follow up support is available Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
  • I will let you know of any planned annual leave within your follow up support window and support will not be available during this time.
  • I will endeavour to reply to e-mails as quickly as possible, usually within 24hrs.
